The item I want is sold out. Is it coming back?
The items on our site are all stock, if stock is sold out we may replenish our stock. Alternatively if it is a limited item it will be removed from the site. If you would like to inquire about a certain item/colour please email cocoastouchshop@gmail.com
When can I expect my product to arrive?
Standard UK shipping takes 3-5 working days to arrive. International Standard shipping to countries within the EU takes 3-7 working days to arrive. International Standard to countries worldwide takes 7-10 working days to arrive. Please note that this is the stated shipping times by Royal Mail. Delays are likely, please take this into consideration before contacting us if your product is taking a little longer than stated above to arrive.
